The Building was built in September 2005 and is a start of the art community facility in Hull. Our Decorators removed flaking face to panels from using MEWPS and Towers for access.

We used Zinsser AllCoat ® Exterior Matt which is designed for the long-term decoration on cladding. It forms a vapour-permeable, low maintenance water-shedding coating. The product also contains a biocide to protect the dried coating against fungal degradation and is fully weather resistant to protect from further cracking and the colour fading.
