The Project
A single storey modular building extension measuring 24.1m x 19.8m for Northumberland County Council to support the influx of 105 additional pupils by providing 4 classroom, male and female toilets, staff room and meeting room.
We worked with our Customer M-Ar Offsite Ltd providing them with our experienced Team and Fill team to start works at the East Yorkshire Site before the Modular build was put into place in Blyth. Our decorators completed the works on site in Blyth making sure each module interfaces were taped and jointed prior to full decoration of the interior.

Specification
Dulux Diamond Eggshell was used on the walls to provide tough and cleanable emulsion. Dulux Undercoat and Gloss was used on the woodwork providing a tough High Gloss finish to the woodwork.
